This is for men who don't want to be totally hair free, but like to have neat trimmed body appearance. To achieve this look, I use professional hair clippers with a range of grades, enabling me to get the right look for each client.

Swedish Massage
A traditional massage treatment using a warm oil or cream, the massage is started with a series of long sweeping strokes of the body to warm the muscles, before a series of deeper kneading strokes work deeper into the muscle fibre, this firm but gentle pressure promotes relaxation and helps ease muscle tension and helps to calm anxiety, the blood, lymph flow is increased and helps the body rid itself of toxins, and releasing knots in the muscles particularly good after sporting activity to help prevent strains and sprains, you feel relaxed and distressed.

Hot Stone Massage Therapy
Provides deep penetration of heat and pressure, the treatment is 10 times deeper than traditional massage techniques and the results last longer, it increases the blood flow thereby flushing out waste products and cleansing internal organs, lymphatic function increases and helps the body eliminate toxins, helps with muscle repair which leads to a feeling of deep relaxation, well-being and emotional balance.
